First up, with lots of anticipation, J Cole released a special 420 album, KOD which has one person featured (kiLL edward). This whole album is a banger and something you don’t want to sleep on or miss your chance on listening to it. Personally loved KOD, Motiv8 and 1995. Check out the rest of the album below.
Next up, Khalid collabs with 2 of my favourite artists. 6LACK and Ty Dolla $ign to wire up OTW. With Khalid finally dropping releasing new music, I am anticipating a new album from him since other artists tweet him out to collab, check out the single down below.
With A$AP Ferg‘s tour finally starting up again, he teams up with his 2 opening acts Denzel Curry and IDK alongside with NickNack to drop Kristi and it’s straight fire. Rae Sremmurd has been releasing bangers on bangers these past few months and now they have teamed up with Travi$ Scott to release CLOSE. With Sr3m around the corner, the duo has been pulling out bangers on bangers with their own solo singles off the project from the Rae Sremmurd side and Swae Lee’s Swaecation and Slim Jxmmi’s Jxmtro. like my personal favourite, Chanel ft Pharell. and Brxnk Trucks. This is the 3rd single they dropped this year as a duo but more to come from this duo, check out the single below.
One of the most underrated artists in my opinion, Tinashe has released her sophomore album Joyride and it’s straight fire. I’ve been following her since 2013 and her mixtape days on Soundcloud and in my opinion she is very underrated and she does deserve more attention in the music. With a total of 13 tracks laced up with features from Offset, Future, French Montana, Ty Dolla $ign and Little Dragon, this is a project you don’t want to sleep on. He Don’t Want It and Me So Bad are my 2 favourites but you can judge for yourself on what’s your favourite. Check out the album below.
