New Music Friday #009

What’s up SWC? We are back with a new NMF with a numerous of new and hot music for you guys, check it out below.

First up, The Weeknd is back with a 6 tracked EP, My Dear, Melancholy following his previous album that was released in 2016, Starboy. With his recent breakup with Disney Channel and Pop Star Selena Gomez, fans were anticipating an album. Fans were also speculated that the artist was mentioning his ex in many of his songs however you never know which ex he was mentioning. The whole album was personally a album that personally brought me back to the old Weeknd where he has his Trilogy days. Make sure to check it out down below.

Rich The Kid has been putting out bangers for a hot minute and he’s here with his anticipated debut album, The World is Yours. Laced up with 14 tracks with features from Swae Lee, Future, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Swae Lee, Rick Ross, Offset, Quavo, Trippie Redd, and Jay Critch. One thing that did upset me about this album is that TAKEOFF WAS NOT ON THE ALBUM. Off topic but… Takeoff should have been on this album. Either way, the album was fire. Personally I loved Gargoyle featuring Swae Lee and Offset. Make sure you check this album below.

One of my favourite female artists Tink has released her 6 tracked EP, Pain & Pleasure. I personally feel that Tink is very underrated and she does deserve more recognition for her work. With no features and the transitions being on point, I can’t pick one good song because I loved the whole album! Her strong yet soft vocals is what really gets my attention at most and I love her style of music, make sure to check out her music down below.

Ty Dolla $ign is one of my favourite R&B singers and after his big release of Beach House 3, he’s not done releasing music. The R&B singer has teamed up with Gucci Mane and Quavo to bring Pineapple to the table. With this new catchy tune from the trio, Ty Dolla $ign never fails to impress me. Check out the single below

A$AP Rocky and on the come up artist Blocboy JB has collaborated to drop Bad Company and when this song dropped, I felt like doing the shoot dance!! Personally can’t wait for what Rocky has in store for the rest of 2018 and his upcoming and anticipated album. Check it out below
