Hello everyone! My name is Monica and I am very excited and flattered to have been asked to be a part of this site.
I was born and raised in NYC. I have been making pastries for about 10 years now and I graduated from The International Culinary Center, NYC’s top culinary school.
I grew up listening to hip hop, wearing brand name clothes and later got accepted to Bayside Highschool for their major art program. These three things are all brought into my hand drawn cookies.
